Host Color, a well-known provider of Linux VPS Hosting announced that it has doubled the resources of its Virtual Private Servers. The web host claims to provide twice as much computing resources to VPS customers.

The company's entry-level Linux VPS plan - VPS Start features 512 MB RAM, 20 GB disc space and 500 GB monthly bandwidth and can be purchased for only $16.35/month. Another VPS solution of Host Color - VPS Advance comes with 1,280 MB Burstable RAM, 40 GB disc space and 1,500 GB monthly bandwidth. The VPS Advance costs $37.65/month with coupon code LINUXVPS.

VPS Power, another VPS plan of the company features 1792 MB Burstable RAM, 50 GB storage space and 2 500 GB monthly bandwidth after the upgrade. This virtual server costs $54.07/month on annual subscription with code LINUXVPS.

Host Color claims that all Virtual Private Servers are scalable and company's customers can increase the allocated resources as soon as they need to. It takes 15 minutes for VPS owners to add memory, disc space or bandwidth to increase the capacity of their virtual server.

The web host also offers low cost cPanel licenses to Virtual Private Server customers. A single cPanel/WHM VPS license costs only $12/month.

UK Web Host Upgrades RAM On Linux VPS Hosting Plans

eUKhost, a popular UK web hosting provider announced that they performed a free 128 MB RAM upgrade on all of Linux VPS servers. All customer on the L-VPS-01 plan will be guaranteed 512 MB of RAM as opposed to the previous 384 MB, customers on the L-VPS-02 deal will be operating on 640 MB instead of 512 MB, and those signed up to the L-VPS-03 will get 768 MB of RAM instead of 640 MB.

eUKhost Announced Cloud VPS This Week

The UK web hosting provider eUKhost announce this week the launch of new Cloud Virtual Private Servers. They are powered by its new cloud environment based on VMware virtualization platform.

The company claims that their new Cloud VPS Hosting offers one of the best solutions available for delivering 100% uptime in a virtual server environment. The host uses VMware's Fault Tolerance and High Availability features and Distributed Resource Scheduler features.

"At eUKhost, our intention was to make the Cloud Hosting Service generally available to all users worldwide after successful testing of the product late last year", said in an official statement Ryan Watson, business development manager at eUKhost.

The new service is provide form Milton Keynes based data center facility. Customers can choose between any type of OS, application and hardware.
