The Quality Web Hosting provider Host Color said for VPSHostDIR that it launched its entry-level Virtuozzo VPS Hosting service - VPS Start. The VPS plan is priced at $19.95/month. It features 192 MB RAM, 10 GB Disc Space and 50 GB data transfer per month.

The company said that VPS Start is one of the best priced entry-level Virtual Private Servers on the market. The web host claims that "VPS Start" is a scalable solution, that allows website owners to develop and grow their online business in custom web hosting environment.

Host Color offers the VPS hosting service with a choice of web hosting control panel between Plesk, cPanel and NextColor. NextColor is the company's branded web hosting automation system. The web host however says it recommends Plesk control panel for Virtuozzo VPS. Plesk licenses are available to HC customers for $15.95/month.

Host Color also provides management services "FM VPS" (Fully Managed VPS) to its VPS customers. It costs $49.95/month and includes: Initial Set-up, IP management, OS installation and maintenance, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam installation, Reboots, VPS recovery, Control Panel updates, and Resource monitoring.

The web host uses Cent OS to power the VPS accounts, but it's announced that any other Linux distributions can be installed either by customer or as a part of "FM VPS" service agreement.
